The best approach is to try to maintain an awareness as much as you can. If you only would examine your own and others’ behavior you will discover that preventatives is low on the priority list for so many. That really is true pretty much across the board, and it is only after something starts happening that we begin thinking about it. If you can put things in place that will help you, then that is smart; and we mean becoming more aware about it.
